Q. What type of files can you edit?
A. We can edit the following file types:
Q. How do I send my manuscript to you?
A. You can send us your manuscript by uploading it via our contact form or by attaching it to an email and sending it to our email address if we have already had contact with you.
Q. If my manuscript file is very large, how do I send it to you?
A. Our contact form can upload files up to 100mb or you can send us your manuscript by burning a copy onto a CD-R or DVD-R and mailing it to us. We will then burn the edited file onto a fresh CD-R or DVD-R and send both discs back to you. Please contact us first to discuss your options.
Q. How will you edit my manuscript?
A. If your manuscript is in MS Word, we will utilise the Track Changes feature. For Adobe Acrobat files, we use the Commenting Tools. Most other file types will require changes to be made directly in the file.
Q. How do I pay my invoice?
A. Instructions for paying your invoice can be found on the tear-off section at the bottom of the invoice. You can also make a payment at www.editingaustralia.com/payments.html.
Q. How do I accept or reject the editor's changes in MS Word?
A. The images below show how to accept or reject changes.
Edited text will look like this:

mouse button to reveal the pop-up menu:
